senses and understands the wearer's relevant context
Context is non-explicit input. Non-explicit input is anything the application learns about the wearer and environment that it is not explicitly told. e.g. voice commands directing an application are explicit input, listening to know when the wearer is engaged in a conversation is non-explicit input. Context is gathered through sensors which require some degree of signal processing, classification, and higher-level situation or activity modeling to be useful.
