Kate McCall Kiley is a designer and strategist with a passion for social impact and meaningful change. She has served on innovation teams redesigning sexual assault prevention and response, employee engagement, suicide prevention, and patient experience. Kate’s portfolio includes work in management consulting, humancentered design and business strategy, organizational change, social entrepreneurship, and workshop design and facilitation at Booz Allen Hamilton, Capital One, a few startups, and Design For America. Kate holds a BA in philosophy from The College of Wooster and is currently pursuing a MA in design leadership from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and a MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
Adam Bonnifield is the cofounder of Spinnakr, which was named the top innovator in web analytics (Dataweek 2014), the best backoffice application (GigaOM 2014), and was one of the fastest growing developer tools in the US. (VentureBeat 2013). Adam began his career running digital strategy for political campaigns, breaking US Congressional fundraising records in 2006 and 2008. He later created the first Twitter targeting tool used in politics, Giv.to, which was deployed in partnership with both major campaign committees. He serves on the advisory board of several startups in web analytics, conversion optimization, and digital marketing.
Kyla Fullenwider is an entrepreneur, educator, and social designer. She is a faculty member in the Products of Design department at the School of Visual Arts and in the joint MBA/MA program at Johns Hopkins and the Maryland Institute of Art, where she teaches social design and entrepreneurship.
Olivier Kamanda is the founder of Ideal Impact, a civic tech platform that turns news into action for social impact. He is a fellow at the Halcyon Incubator and the Truman National Security Project. After founding and leading Foreign Policy Digest, an online magazine aimed at engaging young Americans in international affairs, Olivier served as a speechwriter and senior advisor to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Olivier earned his bachelor's degree in operations research and financial engineering from Princeton University and his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
Smita Satiani is deputy director and director of engagement, where she leads project curation, partnerships and knowledge collection to better scale what works for over 20 federal agencies touching over 150 million people, like NASA, the FBI, and the VA. Previously, she spent nearly four years at Ashoka, surfacing and funding systems changing emerging market ventures in the US, Canada, Mexico, France, Senegal, Kenya, and South Africa. She helped to found the Global First Ladies Alliance (GFLA), and serves as an advisor for multiple startups and NGOs. She completed her B.A. in criminology at UC Irvine, received a master of public policy at the University of Southern California, and has completed international policy and secret intelligence programs at Georgetown's Public Policy Institute and at the University of Cambridge.
