Lancelot Blanchard, a PhD student in the Responsive Environments group; Serena Bono, a PhD student in the Personal Robots group; Karishma Chadha, a PhD student in the Lifelong Kindergarten group; Sam Chin, a PhD student in the Responsive Environments group; Kyuho Jang, a PhD student in the Nano-Cybernetic Biotrek group; and Wazeer Zulfikar, a PhD student in the Fluid Interfaces group, have received MIT Presidential Graduate Fellowship Awards

This program is administered by the MIT Office of Graduate Education in coordination with the Office of the Provost. MIT admitted the first class of Presidential Fellows in September 1999, and currently supports 110-125 new graduate students as Presidential Fellows each year.
