At OpenAg I'm adding another layer to our phenome data with volatile analysis of flavor compounds. We are currently focusing on Basil (Ocimum basilicum) as a model organism and UV light as an inducer of volatile secondary metabolites. You can find that at the OpenAg Github in this repository. The data files carry an open license so others can use them, or analyze them and give us suggestions for what to try out next.
