Please read our Tour Submission Policy:

1. The Media Lab is not open to the general public. We can accommodate only a few of the requests received, as visitors are disruptive to researchers.
2. On a case-by-case basis, we review requests from mission-aligned organizations interested in learning how to engage more formally with the lab in one of the following ways:
                  INDUSTRY MEMBERSHIP            FOUNDATIONAL GIVING            DONORS
3. Maximum tour size is 10 people.
4. Do not submit requests less than four weeks before your proposed visit date.
5. We can accommodate approved tours on weekdays between 10:00am and 4:00pm, excluding MIT holidays and Institute closures.
6. Do not submit multiple request forms or submit requests to individuals at the Lab, as this confuses the process and will lead to your request being delayed or denied.

A volunteer group of Media Lab staff members manages the many visit requests the Lab receives daily. Those who conduct the visits do so around their considerable other duties.
