We invite you to join the simultaneous final meeting of the Vida Decision Support System International Network and the first meeting of the Environment-Vulnerability-Decision-Technology (EVDT) Community. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 1st from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM ET.
As the interests and priorities of many in the Vida International Network have expanded beyond COVID-19 response, we will be transitioning the network to focusing on a wider variety of projects, though keeping the same EVDT framework that underlies Vida. The EVDT framework is a process for approaching sustainable development problems in a multidisciplinary way, focusing on the four components that make up the EVDT name. For more details, click here.
This meeting will focus on a retrospective of Vida (though we are by no means completely ending our involvement with Vida!) and a discussion of potential future projects moving forward.
Here is the time-zone information for each country: Mexico City - 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM; Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM; Santiago de Chile - 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM; Luanda, Angola - 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM; Jakarta, Indonesia -8:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
