Talk title: Unorthodox AI and machine learning use cases and future of clinical medicine
Abstract:
Future of biological research and clinical medicine is on verge of a major transformation due to convergence of large new digital data sources, computing power to identify clinically meaningful patterns in data using efficient artificial intelligence and machine-learning algorithms, and regulators embracing this change through new collaborations. This talk shares insights, challenges and examples for infusing actionable computational evidence into healthcare from academy, nonprofit foundations and regulators. Dr. Shah discusses applications and the impact of digital algorithmic evidence to help physicians and improve medical care for patients.
