Registration for specific sessions

個別のセッションの登録には、これら個別の詳細なアジェンダのページの画面中央の上部に青で記載の「 Reserve Slot +」をクリックいただきますと、青の＋サインが、黄緑のAdded とチェックマークがついたサインに表示が変わり、こちらで登録終了となります。どのセッションを個別登録されたかのご判断は、この黄緑の「Added」の表示がセッションタイトルの横に記載があるか否かで判断が可能です。例えば、Agenda を時系列のリストで表示をされた場合も、未登録は青でプラス（＋）、登録済み黄緑のチェックマークの表示になります他、Schedule → Agenda  → My Agenda を選択いただくことで、ご自身が登録されたセッションを全て一覧で表示することが可能です。また、各セッションには、人数制限が入ります。一旦、これらの上限に達しますと、Wait List (順番待ち）になり、登録を進めていただくことが叶わなくなりますので、できるだけ早い時点にてご登録をお勧めいたします。

Joining the sessions online

本セッションについては、一部セッションを除き、オンラインをメインに開催いたします。これらのオンラインのセッションは、全て Pathable 上にて行われ、セッション開始の直前に、それぞれのセッションの詳細アジェンダのページに Webinar 画面が埋め込みされた形で現れますが、前述の通り、事前に登録（セッションのタイトルの横が「黄緑色の表示/Added」 に変わっていること）がされていないと、Webinarの表示がされませんので、ご希望のセッションには、事前登録をお願いいたします。今回、一部をのぞいて、ほとんどが Webinar (参加者同士の顔が見えないセッション）で開催されますが、セッション中、画面に表示のChatを通して、参加者同士、あるいは講演者へのご質問、コメントの投稿が可能ですし、このChatは、セッション終了後も書き込み、また閲覧が可能です。

Thank you for registering for Media Lab Summer Camp 2021. Please follow the link in the email to the Event Platform (Pathable).

Agendas

Select "Agenda" on the upper right corner of the screen. The agenda will be displayed in chronological order by day as the default setting. You can choose to view the agenda in chronological order or in a calendar format. You can view the details of each session by double-clicking on the session title.

We recommend that you use Chrome for Webinar viewing via Pathable.

Registration for specific sessions

You can register for specific sessions from this platform (Pathable). To register for an individual session, click on the "Reserve Slot +" sign in blue at the top center of the agenda, and the blue "+" sign will change to a yellow-green "Added" sign with a check mark, indicating registration has been completed.

You can determine which session you have registered for by looking at the green sign next to the session title. For example, if you view the Agenda as a  chronological list, unregistered sessions will be marked with a blue plus (+) and registered sessions with a yellow-green check mark.

Joining the sessions online

With the exception of a few sessions, the majority will be held online. All  online sessions will be held on Pathable, and just before the session starts, a webinar screen will appear embedded in the detailed agenda page of each session approx. 15 minutes prior to the session. However, as mentioned above, if you have not registered in advance (the title of the session should change to "yellow-green/added" next to the session title), the webinar will not appear, so please be sure to pre-register for the session you wish to attend. Since there will be a limit to the number of participants in each session, we encourage you to register for sessions in advance.

Although most of the sessions will be webinars (sessions in which participants cannot see each other), participants can post questions and comments to each other and to the speakers through the chat displayed on the screen during the session. You can also post and view your comments after the session.
