The International Astronautical Congress 2022 was hosted in Paris, France. The Media Lab was well-represented at the conference. The Space Enabled research group presented a number of papers, and group director Danielle Wood was inducted as a full member of the International Academy of Astronautics (IAA). Researchers associated with the Space Exploration Initiative also presented several papers, one of which was co-authored by Media Lab Director Dava Newman.
