Professor Canan Dagdeviren has been selected to speak on the Diversity & Inclusion Panel at MIT's Festival of Learning 2022. The theme of this year's festival is "Realizing the Promise of 'New Normal' Education," and Professor Dagdeviren is thrilled to speak to her experiences in this area.

The Festival of Learning is a morning of exploring how education at MIT has been transformed by world events, digital innovations, and our renewed commitment to better serve a diverse student population. Two panels of MIT instructors sharing experiences and successes in these unusual times will inspire and reveal ways to move teaching and learning forward in the 21st century as we consider the promise of a “New Normal” education.

A yearly free event for MIT faculty, students, and staff, the Festival of Learning is co-sponsored by MIT Open Learning and the Office of the Vice Chancellor.
